What made you want to start playing softball?
"I wanted to be like my older cousins, and a lot of my best friends were doing it too."
Why did you decide to play softball at Nebraska?
"It has been my dream since I started playing softball, so having any sort of opportunity to play and attend school here was a no doubter."
What is the best thing about being a Husker?
"Everything, I can’t really pick one aspect that is better than all the others."
What are the benefits of being a college softball player?
"No matter what, my team is my second family and they are always there for me."
What are the challenges of being a college softball player?
"It is a lot of work and is very time consuming, you have to really love playing to be able to do it at this level. "
What career do you plan to go into after college?
"I plan to be a speech language pathologist."
What is your role on team/what do you bring to the team?
"I see myself being one to help push others to be better and to compete every day in practice."
What are three things that make you unique or that people would be surprised to know about you?
"I have super tiny, rapid sneezes. I do not understand sarcasm at all. I drove a tiny Toyota stick shift pickup, without air conditioning or a radio, for most of high school"
