What made you want to start playing softball?
"My family is a big baseball family so it was natural to just start playing."
Why did you decide to play softball at Nebraska?
"It felt like home. It was always a dream of mine as a kid growing up from Nebraska to represent my state playing the game I love. Then when I visited, I realized how much I could grow as a person and a player here.."
What is the best thing about being a Husker?
"The best thing about being a Husker is the fan base all over the nation because no matter what state you are in you will always hear 'GBR.'"
What are the benefits of being a college softball player?
"The benefits of being a college softball player is getting to play the game I love at the next level and competing against girls I have played against my whole life; and to have little girls look up to me and want to play at the next level too."
What are the challenges of being a college softball player?
"The challenges of being a college softball player is that everyone is just as good of a player as you are. So playing against girls that challenge me everyday is tough but helps you grow and better your game, and balancing school and softball [is a challenge] but it helps a lot with time management."
What career do you plan to go into after college?
"After college I plan to be a salesperson."
What is your role on team/what do you bring to the team?
"I contribute to the team by always being there to help and pick people up when they are down."
What are three things that make you unique or that people would be surprised to know about you?
"I am a twin. I am the world's worst baker/cooker, and I LOVE TALKING."

"Austen [Urness] or Rylie (but I'm bias with Rylie because I have known her the longest)."
