Megan Kuo worked hard to add depth to the Husker lineups on multiple events as a redshirt freshman in 2017, but did not see action in a meet.
Kuo has been a standout outside the gym in her first two years at Nebraska. She earned a Sam Foltz Hero 27 Leadership Award in 2017, which was presented to 27 student-athletes across all Nebraska's sports that exhibit strong leadership qualities, commitment to service and ability to encourage and empower others. She was named Academic All-Big Ten for the first time in 2017, and is a three-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. Kuo was also named to the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team in both of her first two seasons.
Megan took a few minutes from her challenging academic and athletic schedule to answer some questions and give us a little insight into her life outside the gym.
