Megan Schweihofer has been a strong and consistent performer in her first two seasons as a Husker, as she was a second-team All-Big Ten performer as a sophomore in 2017. Schweihofer was the only Husker to score a 9.90 or above at least once on all four events in 2017, and she has won a total of seven event titles in her first two seasons.
Outside of the gym, Schweihofer has been a standout as she was named Academic All-Big Ten in 2017. She was also named to the Tom Osborne Citizenship team in each of the her first to seasons for her hard work within the community, and she earned a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in spring of 2016.
Megan took a few minutes from her challenging academic and athletic schedule to answer some questions and give us a little insight into her life outside the gym.
