Nebraska's Conference Team Champions

Nebraska enjoyed a strong championship tradition in men's swimming and diving dating back to the earliest days of the program in the 1920's and 1930's. 

Overall, Nebraska claimed 21 conference team titles and produced 12 more runner-up team finishes at conference meets. Nebraska won its first conference title in the Big Six in 1930 and added Bix Six crowns in 1933, 1935, 1936 and 1937.

The Big Red were even more dominant in the 1980's, winning every Big Eight men's swimming and diving title during the decade. In fact, the Huskers won 15 consecutive Big Eight men's titles from 1980 through 1994. The Huskers added the last-ever Big Eight team title in 1996 before the conference transitioned into the Big 12 for the 1997 season.

The Huskers produced four consecutive Big 12 runner-up finishes from 1997 through 2000. The final season of the Nebraska men's program was 2001.
