Favorite animal: My favorite animal would be an octopus.
Favorite candy: I love anything chocolate.
Celebrity crush: I have so many celebrity crushes! My top three would be Chris Pine, Dylan O'Donoghue, or Heath Ledger.
Favorite childhood memory: We always go down to Table Rock Lake by the Ozarks, when I was around 5 I went tubing with the “big kids” and I’m pretty sure that was the fastest I have tubed to this day. It’s just so much fun whenever we go to the lake.
What are your pre-meet rituals? For every single meet I have to have my lucky bandana somewhere with me and for relays I make the group “shake it out.”
What superpower would you choose? To be able to read people’s minds. I hate not knowing things!
What is your dream job? To be a medical examiner and figure out how or why someone died. It sounds gross but I think it would be really cool.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? My family travels a lot but the one place I haven't been that I really want to see is Greece.
What is your fondest swimming memory? This year at sectionals I won and got the pool record in the 100 breast. That itself was pretty awesome but during the swim on my turn I could see my whole team behind my lane cheering for me. Then when I finished I could hear everyone still cheering, even people I didn’t know. All of my teammates hugged me when I got out of the water too. It was just a great feeling knowing that so many people supported me in that moment.
What does success mean to you? If I’m happy then I’ve succeeded.
