Huskers Earn ITA Academic Honors

This past week, the Nebraska men's tennis team received the exciting honor to have three team members make the ITA All-Academic team for the 2016 season. These members included Scott Elsass, Chris Schindler, and Bradford Zitsch

Chris Schindler will be returning this season to the Huskers squad as the team's lone senior. His positive attitude and high scholarship will help to guide a younger team through the upcoming season. He is a three-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and a three-time academic All-Big Ten selection. He is also a seven-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll. Chris is majoring in accounting and finance at the University of Nebraska.

Scott Elsass recently graduated from the University of Nebraska where he majored in finance.  Elsass earned academic All-Big Ten honors for a second time while claiming spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in both the fall and spring semesters while he attended Nebraska.

Bradford Zitsch also recently graduated from the University of Nebraska where he earned a degree in agronomy. Ford was a three-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and two-time academic All-Big Ten selection during his time at Nebraska.
