Freshman goalkeeper Aubrei Corder won the 2016 Husker Power Soccer Athlete-of-the-Year Award following the team competition in the Nebraska Athletic Performance Laboratory this week.
Corder, a Barboursville, W.Va., native, had a squat index of 446 and a performance index of 1845, which gave her a record combined index of 2291.
Corder enrolled at the University of Nebraska in January. She was homeschooled and played club soccer for Ohio Premier ECNL.
