Huskers Host Intrasquad Friday

The 2016 Nebraska women's gymnastics team will hold its annual intrasquad meet on Friday at Mabel Lee Hall (Third Floor). The free event begins with march-in at 6 p.m.

The Huskers will compete in Olympic order (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise) to highlight a fun-filled night for the whole family.

Three-time All-American Hollie Blanske and fellow senior Madison McConkey hope to lead the Huskers into another successful season.

Junior all-arounders Jennie Laeng and Ashley Lambert join sophomores Grace Williams and Danielle Breen in providing experience for a team that features six freshmen this season.

Following the event, the Huskers will be available for photos and autographs.
