Two Huskers Earn Podium Spots at Cyclone Open

Ames, Iowa – Patrick Grayson (HWT) and Regan Bye (165), each wrestling unattached, collected top-six finishes in the Harold Nichols Cyclone Open at Hilton Coliseum on Sunday, Nov. 15.

Grayson went 3-2 with one major decision en route to a fifth-place finish. Bye tallied a 2-3 mark to finish sixth in the tournament. Additional Huskers to compete included Brian Peska (133), Eric Coufal (133), Aris Shino (141), Collin Purinton (141 – unattached), Jordan Shearer (141 – unattached), Justin Arthur (149 – unattached), Tyrell Galloway (149) and Jake Anderson (184).
