No 7. Huskers Take on NC State, Army West Point

The seventh-ranked Nebraska rifle team takes on a pair of top-20 teams this weekend in South Carolina. The Huskers compete against No. 10 NC State on Oct. 31 and No. 12 Army West Point on Nov. 1. 

NU has produced high scores in air rifle this season, including a record-breaking air rifle performance against Memphis and TCU. The Huskers fired a 2,369 on Oct. 25 to beat the program’s previous record of 2,366.  The Huskers look to build on that momentum this weekend against Army West Point and NC State.

The match against NC State on Oct. 31 will begin at 5 pm. It was previously announced as beginning at 7 am. The match against Army West Point on Nov. 1 will begin at 7 am.
