Husker Q&A: Terran Petteway

Terran Petteway is in his first season at Nebraska after transferring from Texas Tech. The 6-foot-6 guard played in 27 games at Texas Tech as a true freshman, averaging 3.3 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. He had a season-high 13 points against DePaul and grabbed a career-best 10 rebounds against Texas. In high school, Petteway was a two-time District MVP who averaged 27 points, nine rebounds and 3.5 assists per game as a senior. He took a few minutes with Huskers.com to answer some questions.

Why you chose Nebraska:  I liked Coach Miles and the staff. Coach Miles had been recruiting me since my sophomore year in high school and that played a big role in coming to Nebraska.

Best thing about Nebraska: The facility

What you want to do after college: Hopefully either play professionally or go into coaching.
