Former Husker Adams Posts Top U.S. Time

Lincoln, Neb.- Former Husker All-American David Adams continued to make history over the weekend, posting a personal-best time of 8:29.51 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Stanford Invitational. With the mark, Adams holds the fastest time in the United States and the fourth-fastest time in the world.

In addition, former Husker and two-time All-American hurdler Lehann Fourie recorded a time of 13.31 (+3.0) in the 110 meter hurdles at the Florida Relays.
