January Employee of the Month - Dale Kruse

Dale Kruse was named the Nebraska Athletic Department Employee of the Month for February. 

Kruse serves as the manager of the Nebraska Training Table. He began working in this position in 2008, after serving as the interim manager in 2007. Before serving in his current position, Kruse was the assistant manager of the Nebraska Training Table under Art McWilliams, from 1999 to 2007.

Kruse is responsible for directing the operation of the Nebraska Training Table,  including budget, procurement, production, public relations, and human resources. He works with other members of the Sports Nutrition Team to develop and implement menus and recipes that meet the health and nutrition needs of all of Nebraska's student-athletes.
