Huskers Open 2011 in Kentucky

The Nebraska rifle team will continue their 2010-11 campaign this weekend as they travel to Murray, Ky. to challenge conference foe Mississippi and Murray State on the range. The Huskers (3-4) will compete against the Rebels (3-1) on Jan. 16 and the Racers (4-3) on Jan. 17. Both matches are slated to start at 8 a.m.

“We are looking forward to this weekend’s matches after the long break,” Head Coach Morgan Hicks said. “Practices have been going well and hopefully we can replace one of our away scores this weekend to better our average and increase our chances of making it to NCAA's.”
