HEAD COACH BO PELINI

On the game: "It didn't happen for us tonight. We've moving on to Colorado.  At the end we still could have controlled what we wanted to do."

On penalties: "No Comment. I'm not talking about penalties. You all watched the game."

On Taylor Martinez's return to game: "I'll have to look at the film. I don't think he played well. He did some things ok, but he missed some wide open receivers. It was good that he came back out there and sucked it up for us."

On sideline exchange with Martinez: "I can't talk about that. It had nothing to do with his injury."

On what he told his team after the game:  "The game's irrelevant. At the end we still control our destiny.  If we take care of business next Friday we'll give ourselves a chance at the league championship. That's our main focus anyway."

On defense: "I thought our defense played well. We made some mistakes, but held them to 9 points."

On Martinez's health: "I don't know. It's too early to tell.  He finished the game fine, so I figure he'll be fine for next Friday."
