Huskers Prepare for Top 20 Clash with Aggies

Lincoln - Coach Bo Pelini and the Huskers met with the media at Memorial Stadium on Tuesday to discuss Saturday's Big 12 battle with No. 18 Texas A&M.

The No. 9 Huskers (9-1 overall, 5-1 Big 12) will conclude Big 12 regular-season road action at Kyle Field, when they take on the No. 18 Aggies (6-3, 4-2 Big 12). Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. with live coverage provided by ABC with Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit on the call.

Nebraska will try to secure a spot in the Big 12 Championship Game with a win over the Aggies. The Huskers can clinch at least a share of their third straight Big 12 North Division title with a victory.

The Huskers know that winning at Texas A&M won't be easy. The Aggies are surging late in the season and are still in the hunt for the Big 12 South Division crown. A&M also features one of the nation's top defenses against the run, while showcasing an offense that ranks among national leaders in passing.

Nebraska ranks among the nation's best teams in rushing offense, while leading the nation in pass efficiency defense, providing a showdown of strength-on-strength throughout the game.
