Dates Announced for 2011 Big Red Winter Academy

Lincoln-Nebraska Head Coach John Walker and the Husker coaching staff have announced the dates for the 2011 Big Red Winter Academy at the Hawks Championship Indoor Center. Camp information, including dates, costs and an information form, can be found by clicking here. Space is limited.

The academy will include 10 different 90-minute sessions for only $185. Sessions will run from 6:30 to 8 p.m., on the following days in 2011:

• Jan. 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24 and 26
• Feb. 7 and 9
  

The Big Red Winter Academy, which has limited enrollment and has been sold out the last four years, includes:

• Instruction from NU coaches and selected players
• Emphasis on technical skill development and tactical awareness to improve speed of play
• Each player will receive an adidas ball and t-shirt
