Hangin' with the Huskers: Renovations and what it means to be a Husker

In this video edition of Hangin' with the Huskers, we stopped by practice to chat with a few of the girls about the renovations going on at their practice facility in Mabel Lee Hall. The team is currently practicing at the indoor track until everything is complete.

Head Coach Dan Kendig is enthusiastic about the changes taking place within Nebraska women's gymnastics. Take a look at the photos we've posted showing the progress of the construction at Mabel Lee.

"We're making progress every day," Kendig said. "I'm getting excited and am seeing all of the work show in there. It means a lot to be able to complete a project like this and we really have to thank Tom Osborne and the administration for being so encouraging through all of this. It's going to enhance our training, and it will just be really fun and exciting."

The Huskers have also started a new youtube page (UNLgymnastics) where they will upload video from practices every couple of weeks. Continue to check back to Huskers.com for more updates on the Nebraska Women's Gymnastics team.
