Six Nebraska Baseball Games to Be Carried on CBS College Sports Network


Lincoln - The Nebraska Athletic Department announced Monday that six University of Nebraska baseball games will be carried nationally on CBS College Sports Network as part of an agreement with NET Television.

The six-game baseball package includes Big 12 contests against Kansas (April 18) and Texas Tech (May 22), as well as a non-conference game against Wichita State (April 13) and all three games of the annual series with Creighton (April 6, April 20 and May 18).

All six games will be broadcast in high definition and carried nationally on CBS College Sports Network, which is available across the country through local cable providers and nationally via satellite on DirecTV (Ch. 613) and Dish Network (Ch. 152). Fans are encouraged to contact their local cable operator to see if they have CBS College Sports Network and can also go to http://www.cbscollegesports.com/getcbscollegesports/. In Nebraska, the games will be carried on NET-1 and NET-HD as well as on cable systems that carry CBS College Sports Network.
