Assistant Coach Ted Gilmore to be featured at Walk-On Club's Recruiting Wrap-Up Event

Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator Ted Gilmore is set to be the keynote speaker at the Walk-On Club's Recruiting Wrap-Up Event and Membership Drive, which will be held on Friday, Feb. 12 at Lochland Country Club in Hastings, Neb.

The event will begin at 5 p.m., and feature Gilmore's presentation about the 2010 Nebraska Football recruiting class, including any walk-ons who have officially enrolled. Gilmore will also show a special video featuring the newest class of Husker football players. This is a great opportunity to hear from the coaching staff about the expectations for the upcoming season, ask questions, and have a fun time with fellow football fans.

Tickets to the event cost $10 each in advance, if postmarked by Monday, Feb. 8, or $12 each if postmarked after Feb. 8 or purchased at the door. Hot hors d'oeuvres will be served, and a cash bar will be available. The event is open to both Walk-On Club members and non-members, and fans can join the Club at the event to receive great benefits, including monthly in-season newsletters, invitations to Walk-On Club luncheons during the season, a Spring Practice event, and more.
