Baseball fans in Omaha will have a chance to meet members of the 2010 Husker baseball team this Saturday, Jan. 23, as the Husker Home Run Club will sponsor the Omaha Meet and Greet. The event will take place at the Embassy Suites in LaVista (12520 Westport Parkway) and goes from 9-11 a.m.
The event is free to all Home Run Club members and kids 12 and under, while the cost to non-members will be $5. The event will feature juice, coffee and donuts, a chance to listen to the Husker coaching staff and meet several of the 2010 Huskers. Fans can also sign up to join the Home Run Club at the event.
