Huskers Square Off With Jackrabbits
The Nebraska swimming and diving team returns home for a dual against South Dakota State on 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, at the Devaney Natatorium. The Huskers are coming off a third-place finish at the eight-team Missouri Invite last weekend.
The Jackrabbits come into Lincoln with a 3-4-1 dual record, but have won three of their last four duals. This will be the second trip to Lincoln for SDSU, as it participated in the Husker Invitational earlier this year, where they finished third out of four teams.
The home meet marks the fifth of the season for the Huskers, but have only one remaining in the second half of the season, a Jan. 30 contest against Iowa State. Nebraska will take some time off for Winter break following this weekend's meet before heading to Miami for the team's training trip on Jan. 3.
