"It feels absolutely unbelievable. This was just a great team win. I don't think I'm going to stop smiling until we get back to Ames. It was just awesome. We've had so many close ones, and to finally get one where we are on the right side of it, up by two, it just feels amazing."
On what the win does for the team's confidence
"A&M is a tough place to play, just like here. It's a really hard place to play. It gives us a lot of confidence going into next week for sure."
On if he knew there was a safety on his back on his touchdown catch
"I have a feel for him kind of. But my eyes are just focused on the ball. It was in the air for a while. It seemed like to me it was in the air forever. Keeping your focus on the ball is the main thing."

On if the win was "whacky"
"Whacky to an extent I suppose. But they came out and we knew they were going to run the ball on us, and they had some success with that, but we made a lot of turnovers and we created them and we came out on top. That's all that matters."
On the win
"This is one of the toughest teams that I've ever seen, very resilient. We come back and we keep coming back and we're going to continue to do that. Coach Rhoads' leadership has been great, this coaching staff has been great. We're just glad to get this win."
On if the team gained confidence early in the game after Nebraska's turnovers
"We came into this game supremely confident with our defense. We really showed up when we needed to. There was a few times when they were knocking on the door and a guy ripped the ball out. That's the kind of things you need to win these big games. I feel really blessed to get this win. I know that's how the rest of the team feels. Yeah, whacky game, but that's how it goes sometimes. That's college football."
