Palm Desert, Calif. - The Nebraska men's golf team is in fourth place after two rounds at the 16-team Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate at the Classic Club on Monday. The Huskers shot 586 through two rounds and sit 14 strokes behind leader Santa Clara.
Brandon Crick led Nebraska on the day with a one-over-par 145. He is tied for 13th place, seven strokes behind the leader. Among other Huskers, Andrew Wyatt is tied for 21st with a 147 total. Brett Nymeyer shot 148 and is tied for 29th, while Scott Willman is tied for 39th at 150. Mike Coatman led the way for Nebraska in the first round with a 73, but carded a 78 in the second round and sits in a tie for 48th place at 151.
