Pelini Thanks Faithful Nebraska Fans

On behalf of our coaching staff and players, I wanted to thank the thousands of fans who came out on Saturday morning for Fan Day. Your ongoing support and loyalty are second to none and it is truly appreciated. Getting the opportunity to spend a little bit of time with Husker fans was a great way for our players and staff to kick off fall camp.

One of the key things we sell in recruiting is the unmatched fan support we have at Nebraska. Fan Day is first-hand evidence of that, and I do know that it impacts the kids in our program, especially the freshmen who experience it for the first time.

I hope those of you who attended Fan Day on Saturday had a great time and the chance to meet a number of our players.

Thanks again for coming out on Saturday, and we hope to see you in a few weeks for the season opener.
