Nebraska goes for its second straight Big 12 series win this afternoon, as the Huskers take on No. 11 Oklahoma at 3 p.m. The game will be carried across the state on the Husker Sports Network and on Huskers.com.

Robinson holds the Huskers scoreless in the top of the fifth, as the Huskers have to come back from a 11-2 deficit.

Oklahoma continued to use the homer run to power its offense, hitting three homers in the frame, including a three-run shot by Casey Johnson to push the lead to 11-2 after four innings. The Sooners have hit six homers on the afternoon

Nebraska cut the Oklahoma lead to 6-2 in the top after a Cody Neer RBI double plates Nick Sullivan from first.

4:17 p.m.
Oklahoma uses the long ball to extend their lead to 6-1 after three innings. Aaron Baker homered for the second time of the day, a two-run shot to left before Garrett Buechele hooked a solo homer down the left field line off reliever Nate Kerkhoff.

Nebraska musters a rally with consecutive hits from Kyle Bubak and Jake Mort, but is stymied as Boomer Collins grounds into a double play before Adam Bailey strikes out to end the frame. NU is down 3-1 after two and a half frames.

Nebraska gets one of the runs back in the top of the second, as Tyler Farst opened the inning with a double and eventually scored on a wild pitch to pull the Huskers within 3-1 entering the bottom of the second

Oklahoma strikes for three runs in the bottom of the first, highlighted by a two-run homer by Aaron Baker, and lead 3-0 after an inning

Congratulations to Tyler Farst, who was just named Big 12 Player of the Week on Monday. Farst hit .500 with a homer and nine RBIs in four games last week and will lead off the second for the Huskers.
