Huskers No. 44 In New Rankings

The <?xml:namespace prefix="st1" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"?>Nebraska men’s tennis team moved up to No. 44 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association’s rankings, which were released on Tuesday, March 24. The Huskers, who were previously ranked No. 53, defeated No. 66 BYU on Friday, March 21 and No. 75 Southern Mississippi on Saturday, March 22.  The Huskers are riding an 11-match winning streak dating back to Feb. 13.<?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>

 

The Huskers return to action when they travel to Boise, Idaho, to participate in the Boise State Red Lion Spring Break Tournament, which starts on Friday, March 27, and runs through Saturday, March 28. NU’s first match will be against SacramentoState on Friday, with first serve scheduled for 9 a.m.
