Nebraska Slips to No. 13 in National Rankings

Lincoln ? After holding the No. 12 spot in the national team rankings for eight-straight weeks, the Nebraska women’s gymnastics team fell to No. 13 in the latest GymInfo poll released Monday. The poll, which is calculated by team RQS, also ranks NU third in the South-Central Region and second in the Big 12. In addition, the Huskers are 15th in team vault standings (49.145), 14th in team bars rankings (49.06), 17th in beam scoring (48.93) and sixth on floor exercise (49.265). 

Individually, junior Kylie Stone is tied for ninth on floor (9.905) and 18th in the all-around (39.355). Senior Tricia Woo is third on beam (9.915) and tied for 14th on floor (9.895). Freshman Lora Evenstad debuted in the national rankings for the first time, sitting in a tie for the No. 18 spot on floor (9.89).

The Huskers continue postseason competition as they head to Regionals on April 4.
