Lincoln ? The Nebraska women’s gymnastics team is ranked No. 16 nationally this week in the latest GymInfo poll released Monday. The poll, which is calculated by team RQS, also ranks NU fourth in the South Central region and third in the Big 12 Conference. In addition, the Huskers rank 12th nationally in team vault scoring (48.850), 17th on beam (48.575) and 14th on floor (48.650)
Individually, senior Tricia Woo is tied for first on beam (9.90), and junior Kylie Stone posted a 9.825 average on floor to rank 25th. Additionally, junior Kathryn Howard is 13th on beam (9.850), and sophomore Erin Davis is 25th on vault (9.825).
Nebraska travels to Ames, Iowa, this Friday, Jan. 16 to take on Iowa State. Competition begins at 7 p.m. (CST) at Hilton Coliseum.
