Husker Invitational Kicks Off Next Week

The Nebraska swimming and diving team will welcome eight teams into Lincoln on Nov. 20-23 for the second annual Husker Invitational. The meet also marks Nebraska's first home meet of the season. The team is sponsoring a food drive for the Thanksgiving season. Boxes will be placed outside the entrance to the Devaney Natatorium for fans to donate non-perishable food items which will be given to needy families in the Lincoln area.

Joining Nebraska in the meet will be Colorado State, Iowa State, Nebraska-Omaha, North Texas, Northern Colorado, Northern Iowa, Rice and South DakotaState. Admission to the meet is free.
