Tickets are on sale now for the season-ending banquet for the <?xml:namespace prefix="st1" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"?>Nebraska wrestling team, which will be held on Saturday, April 14 at the Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln. The evening will start with a reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m. and an awards ceremony for this year’s team to follow.<?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>
Admission is $30 per person and tickets for the banquet can be purchased by calling Ellen Shutts at the Nebraska wrestling office at 472-9430 or by e-mailing her at eshutts@huskers.com.
Led by 2007 national champion Paul Donahoe at 125 pounds, the NU wrestling team finished the season with a 10-7-1 dual record and a 16th-place finish at the NCAA Championships.
