"Houndin' the Huskers" - Hunter Teafatiller

In preparation for the September 2nd opener with Louisiana Tech, CoachCallahan.com featured a daily question and answer session with each of the Husker newcomers that covered a wide variety of topics to provide Husker fans with the opportunity to learn more about the newest Huskers and gain insight into fall camp from the players’ points of view.

Visit CoachCallahan.com to read this week's interview with sophomore tight end Hunter Teafatiller. The Kingsburg, Calif., native has come through with several big plays this season, as each of his three career receptions have gone for touchdowns in 2006. He recorded his latest score last week in the second quarter against Missouri.

Teafatiller is the 10th Husker veteran to be featured so far this season, joining linebacker Stewart Bradley, punter Dan Titchener, free safety Andrew Shanle, tight end Matt Herian, defensive end Adam Carriker, defensive tackle Ola Dagunduro, quarterback Joe Ganz, center Kurt Mann and strong safety Tierre Green.
