Letterwinners N Club Golf Tournament

Lincoln- More than 130 former players turned out for the second annual Letterwinner's Golf Tournament on Friday, April 14, at Wilderness Ridge Golf Club in <?xml:namespace prefix="st1" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"?>Lincoln. Those who returned were treated to an afternoon full of golf, along with lunch with the Nebraska football coaching staff and a chance to reconnect with former teammates.<?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>

After the event, Nebraska Head Football Coach Bill Callahan stated that he was very pleased with the turnout.

"We had a great group out here this year again," Callahan said. "As a coaching staff, we really enjoyed welcoming our former players back to Lincoln and allowing them a chance to reconnect. We look forward to continuing this successful event for years to come."
