"Houndin' the Huskers" Returns Aug. 9th

Following a successful first season, the popular "Houndin' the Huskers" feature will return to NU's CoachCallahan.com web site for its second installment beginning Wednesday, Aug. 9.

The program will feature a question and answer session with a different Husker newcomer each weekday leading up to the Sept. 2 opener against Louisiana Tech. The exclusive interviews will cover a wide variety of topics to provide Nebraska fans with the opportunity to learn more about the newest Huskers, as well as gain an inside perspective of fall camp from a player's point of view. The features then will continue throughout the season, as a different Husker veteran is "Hounded" once a week by NU's CoachCallahan.com staff.  Wednesday's first interview of fall camp will be with freshman defensive end Pierre Allen, a highly touted propect from Thomas Jefferson High School in Denver, Colo.
