The Nebraska softball program invites all Husker fans to attend the fourth annual Fan Appreciation Soup Supper on Thursday, Jan. 19 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. at the West Stadium Club, located on the third level of the west side of Memorial Stadium.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the cost is just $5 per person, payable at the door. Those wishing to attend are asked to please RSVP to AJ at 472-8801 or ajensen@huskers.com by Monday, Jan. 9.
Fans attending the Soup Supper will be treated to dinner, have a chance to meet the 2006 Husker coaches and players and can participate in a silent auction. In addition to thanking Husker fans for their support, the Soup Supper is also intended to build excitement for the 2006 season, which opens on Friday, Feb. 10 at Tempe, Ariz., when Nebraska faces Stanford in the season opener.
