Fehlings Finishes Second at Junior Olympic Rifle Championships

Colorado Springs, Colo. - Freshman All-American Kristina Fehlings finished second in air rifle and seventh in smallbore at the 2004 Junior Olympic National Championships held in Colorado Springs, Colo March 18-21. Her strong finish in air rifle qualifies her for the USA Rifle National Development Team for the second consecutive year.

At the NCAA Championships in March, Fehlings helped the Huskers to a fifth-place finish in the air rifle team competition and finished 20th individually in air rifle. She was also named a first-team All-American in air rifle and a third-team All-American in smallbore.
