Lincoln -- Nebraska will hold its annual Red-White Spring Game on Saturday, April 17 at Memorial Stadium. Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m.
Tickets for the Red-White game are available on-line at Huskers.com, or by calling the Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office at (402) 472-3111 or 1-800-8-BIG-RED. Admission to the spring game is $5 for adults and $3 for students and free to youth who take a "Drug Free" pledge at halftime. If available, tickets in the West Stadium club seating area will be $8. Availability for club-level seating will be determined after March 1.
The Huskers and first-year Head Coach Bill Callahan are tentatively scheduled to open spring practice on Wednesday, March 24. The 15-practice spring session will conclude with the spring contest.
April 17 will be a busy day around campus. In addition to the Red-White game at Memorial Stadium, the Husker softball team will take on Oklahoma at Bowlin Stadium at 2 p.m., while NU’s track team will host the Nebraska Quadrangular at Ed Weir Stadium.
