Huskers Look For Two More Road Wins

Newport Beach, Calif. - The No. 65 Nebraska men's tennis team will take on Dartmouth University before facing Big 12 Conference opponent No. 69 Colorado.

Dartmouth, who is 8-5 overall, dropped two matches over the weekend to Central Florida and Iowa. Central Florida defeated Dartmouth, 5-2, while Iowa pulled out a 4-3 victory over Dartmouth.

No. 69 Colorado also fell to two different teams this weekend. The Buffaloes lost their Big 12 opener to Texas Tech, 6-1, before falling to Texas Christian, 5-2. The Buffaloes are now 7-5 overall and 0-1 in the Big 12.

The Huskers, who are 7-4 on the season and 1-1 in the Big 12, are enjoying a six-match winning streak since defeating the St. Louis Billikens on March 1. The team's last loss came against the eighth-ranked Baylor Bears on Feb. 24.

Nebraska's match against Dartmouth will begin at noon, Wednesday, March 20, at the Balboa Beach Tennis Courts in Newport Beach, Calif. The Big 12 match against Colorado will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 23, in Boulder, Colo.
