Lincoln - The Nebraska women's tennis team jumped 10 spots in this weeks rankings from 49 to 39.
The Huskers No. 39 ranking is the highest ranking in Husker history, and is 10 spots higher then the previous top ranking of 49 last week. The 2001 Husker team is also on the way to recording their best season. The current best season for the Huskers is 19-6 in 2000.
The Huskers jumped Big 12 opponent Kansas, who is ranked 45 in the new poll.
