Lincoln - The University of Nebraska women's tennis team moved up to No. 45 in the latest Intercolligiate Tennis Association poll which is the highest ranking in school history. The Huskers moved up one spot after defeating Montana State, Cal State-Fullerton, and Cal State-Northridge this weekend.
In the latest individual rankings Senior Sandra Noetzel dropped to No. 65 in the first singles rankings since losing her first match of the season against Oklahoma City University's Anne Lequennec. In doubles rankings Noetzel and teamate Gina Pelazini fell to No. 38.
