Huskers Finish Seventh at Rainbow Wahine Invite

Oahu, HI - The Nebraska women's golf team finished in seventh place today at the Rainbow Wahine at the Kapolei Golf Course in Oahu, HI. The Huskers shot a 949 to finish 26 strokes behind first-place UCLA.

The Huskers were led by sophomore Sarah Sasse as the Lincoln native fired a 231 to finish tied for eighth place, five strokes behind Laura Moffatt of UCLA. Senior Elizabeth Bahensky (Kearney, Neb.) fired a 235 to finish in 16th place.

Sophomore Catha Fogelberg (Helsingborg, Sweden) fired a 240 while Sophomore Amanda Sutcliffe (Gunnedah, New South Wales) rounded out the Husker lineup with a score of 243.
