Jenna Cooper scored her first career goal to lead the 19th-ranked Nebraska soccer team to a 2-0 victory over Indiana State Sunday afternoon at the Abbott Sports Complex in front of 324 fans.

 

Sophomore Lindsey Ingram sent the ball into the box from the right side and Cooper headed the ball into the back right corner of the net just 1:23 into the game for the game-winning goal.

 

Senior Christine Latham also scored her fourth goal of the season in the 27th minute on a Kari Hogan assist.
