Lambs Leads Huskers in Win Over Missouri

Lincoln -- Freshman A.J. Lamb (Lincoln, Neb.) made her home debut a spectacular one, winning three events and the all-around title as seventh-ranked Nebraska posted a season-high score to defeat Missouri, 195.70-194.325, Saturday afternoon in front of 1,813 fans at the Bob Devaney Sports Center.
A freshman from Lincoln Northeast, Lamb won event titles on uneven bars (9.875), balance beam (9.90) and floor exercise (9.925) en route to an all-around score of 39.425, the fifth-best score in school history. Her score was the highest ever by a Husker freshman as Nebraska improved its record to 8-3 on the season and 2-0 in Big 12 duals.
