Huskers Roll Over Ramblers, 11-0

The No. 21 Nebraska soccer team set school records for goals and margin of victory with an 11-0 win over Loyola-Chicago in front of 652 fans at the Abbott Sports Complex in Lincoln on Friday, Sept. 25.
The 11 goals scored by the Huskers broke the school record set in a 10-2 win over Colorado in Lincoln on Oct. 13, 1996. The 1996 win over the Buffaloes was one of five games in which the Huskers defeated their opponents by eight goals. Nebraska also tied the school record for most second-half goals with six.
The Huskers improved to 5-2-0 with the win, while the Ramblers fell to 5-4-0.
