Lincoln, Neb. -- The Nebraska baseball team (29-11) won both games of a doubleheader against Western Illinois (11-24) 10-4 and 14-1 in front of a crowd of 695 at Buck Beltzer Stadium on Tuesday.
In game one, junior Scott Fries (6-3) pitched six solid innings allowing just four hits and three runs and Jamal Strong, John Cole and Erik Mumm had two hits apiece in Nebraska
