Florence Leads NU to 68-55 Win over UNLV

Lincoln - Larry Florence scored six of 16 points during a 14-2 spurt to begin the second half as Nebraska advanced to the second round of the National Invitational Tournament with a 68-55 victory over UNLV Wednesday evening at the Bob Devaney Sports Center.
With the win, the Huskers advance to meet TCU, a 72-71 winner over Kansas State, in the second round. The date and the site of the second round will be determined after Wednesday night
