On moving forward with Dylan Raiola being out
“Of course it’s been rough for him being that he has been out. It had an effect on all of us, of course, knowing that’s our boy. Just like if it was any one of our teammates we would feel some kind of way for him, but seeing as that’s my boy I feel bad for him that that’s happened to him but I feel like God doesn’t make mistakes and I feel like he’ll come back stronger and have an even better season next year.”
On TJ Lateef stepping up
“Just so far a change in his focus. He’s always dialed in, but he switched to like hey I gotta run the show now. So I’ve seen him today and we’re pretty confident in him this week.”
On being comfortable playing with TJ Lateef
“Pretty good. Of course we always throw together. Dylan (Raiola) and him are always getting throws with us and the receivers so I’m pretty used to throwing with him and now it’s time for him to step up. We’re ready to work with him and see what we can do.”
