On the team’s improvement
“I think we made huge improvements from week one to week two. That’s something Coach was talking about throughout the week. Making that huge jump just as far as gap discipline and getting off blocks, using our hands and being physical. That’s something he preached all day and we practice very hard here. I feel like we improve week to week and that's something we want to see.”

On getting used to a new team
“The biggest thing is just getting in a rhythm. I have been doing something one way for five years so understanding that there is going to be a difference in even the way we do little things as far as watching a movie before the scheduling or the load of practice. I had to really look in the mirror and I had a lot of bad habits coming in I felt like. Coach is very demanding in what he wants in practice and what he wants in schedule but I feel like you have to be if you want to play at a national level. That's one of the reasons why I wanted to come here because I knew I would be challenged and I appreciate that andI accept the challenge of getting better every week. That has been my main focus just grinding and working my way up to be able to perform at the highest level and perform at a level I know I can be.”
