On the attitude of the team when Nebraska was losing
“Even on the sideline I could see our team come together as one. We have been through a lot of adversity and our team has been through a lot. We know the defense had our back early on, and that we had to go out there and make plays. We brought it up as an offense, and we just said we had to go execute one play at a time and make the winning play when the hat is on your head so that’s what we did.”

On his second touchdown
“I kind of saw the defense was getting a little bit tired over time, and just staying true to my reads, I saw the backer flow over, so I knew I had to cut back. I just pressed it, I was a little patient, I let it develop and then I saw the backside open up, and that’s when I made the run. Made it happen.”
